This is not only one of my favorite poke places (it has some of the freshest ingredients I've seen) but everything is gluten-free, which makes it safe and very nice for me (it's Celiac-friendly). Any chance I get, I go here!

I believe the owner was who took care of me. He was educational and so kind to me. The food is super fresh- one of the best poke bowls I have ever had. I will definitely be back.

One of the best pokes I've had in Colorado. It's not west coast style. Maybe not even Hawaiian style. But the flavor profiles and layers are delicious. They let you have all the toppings you want at the price. The seasonings at the end are. My favorite. As you can see, I went a little crazy.

This poke was out of this world. I eat poke often (about once a week). When we walked in the dining space was pretty small and cramped. There were a few people in the line ahead of us but that didn't discourage us and we just waited for a few minutes.The Bamboo Rice was so delicious, I got to try sea asparagus for the first time and I really liked it! The girls behind the counter were very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated how they took time to discuss different ingredients with me (due to allergies).By the time we finished in line we were able to find a seat as some people had left which was great.The restrooms were very clean and well kept which I appreciate. The water was either extremely cold or extremely hot which isn't a biggie, just something I noticed.If you happen to be in the area this is the perfectly place to stop for lunch. If it is warm enough I would suggest grabbing some food and heading to the park for a picnic!

This was my first experience with poke. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. I was lucky enough to have arrived after the lunch rush and was able to dine-in and be out in under 15 minutes.Their wasabi was some of the most potent I've ever had and the fish seemed fresher than I typically find in the Denver area. It will be a neighborhood favorite.

I've been to plenty Poke Establishment living in Southern California. I would have to say this little establishment is amazing! Fish quality was one of the best I've had in a long time. Their sides are different I would even say gourmet and crafty topping it off with fresh micro greens. I'll make sure I'll be back during every trip to Denver.

Great little spot for fresh poké. Kind people work the counter and they do a great job asking how you want to customize your bowl. Best part is.... it's all gluten free! Will definitely be back again and again!

Really great poke! I absolutely loved the yuzu basil sauce, and the overall topping selection is excellent. As a serious poke fan who’s enjoyed plenty in Hawaii and California, this was right up there! Definitely a top choice in the build-your-own-bowl category.
