Our Tuna

Our Tuna is wild, long-line caught in the Western Pacific Ocean. This catch method results in virtually zero "non-fish" bycatch. This practice maintains indefinitely without reducing the targeted species' ability to maintain its population; and it is caught without adversely impacting on other species within the ecosystem.

Our Yellowtail

Japanese Amberjack Yellowtail, commonly known as hamachi is sushi bars, is caught by using baits developed based on green tea and Konbu Kelp ingredients, the change of color in blood-saturated portion of fish were prevented. Our premium Hamachi has high-grade and simple taste & have the freshness and tastiness immediately after the catch, guaranteed freshness through "Ikijime Method" and available whole year round.

Our Octopus

Our Octopus is wild caught from Spain. It is highly-prized among many fishing communities worldwide. Harvest from the white sands off the Canary Islands, the warmer waters here yield a naturally smaller and sweeter-tasting species that those found in Asian waters. In fact, the flavor of Octopus can be so mild that it's hard to dislike.

Our Salmon

Scottish Salmon is a premium farmed Atlantic salmon that is sustainably raised off the coast of Scotland. The frigid waters and strong currents produce salmon that are both strong and high in fat-content. Scottish Salmon is one of the more mild flavored salmon on the market. The higher-fat content of these fish lend to a buttery texture mouth-feel. The fish's feed is parasite-free making it safe for raw consumption.
